Leadership Definition

The Cambridge Dictionary defines 'leadership' and 'facilitation' as:

Leadership:
"a person in control of a group or situation"

Facilitation:
"the act of helping other people to deal with a process or reach an agreement or solution without getting directly involved in the process or discussion" 

One of the most important jobs to be in control of any situation is through  delegation.
